1. Decision support, not decision making

Every recommendation Recortex produces is decision support. The decision — and the action — is always the customer's. Recortex executes nothing on its own, and all integrations are read-only. Liability is limited to subscription fees paid. [TODO: final legal wording — Nis + Peter, per Master §5.9]

2. Data processing

The Data Processing Agreement (/dpa) is a fixed annex to these terms and is accepted together with them at signup. It includes the complete subprocessor list.

3. Anonymized quality measurement (system telemetry)

Recortex is designed to measure the accuracy of its own confidence predictions using anonymized, aggregated deviation statistics across customers — never individual outcomes, never business patterns, and never segments with fewer than five contributing customers. Where this processing is not yet active, the limits above still bind it when it is. This is distinct from the future opt-in peer network. [TODO: final wording — RECORTEX-POLICIES §8 disclosure]

4. Everything else
